Jayne joined Mastercard to build out the employee digital experience area focusing on workplace technology to help enhance employee productivity and create an environment where staff can thrive. Primarily driving technology innovation and employee tools adoption. Prior to Mastercard, Jayne was Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where she was in charge of delivering technology solutions across people, workspaces and corporate functions. She previously held employee facing technology roles at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
