Dr. Dante Myers is a people analytics leader with experience leading complex, data-driven employee experience projects in highly matrixed organizations across academia, consulting, and the financial services industry. Dr. Myers has led the evolution of enterprise-wide employee surveys to a more continuous listening approach, strategically managed a survey center of excellence, provided strategic direction to the HR data science team, and worked across business and HR CoEs establishing consistent measurement frameworks to accurately measure success of programs. Dr. Myers also has experience leading selection systems, performance management, succession planning, needs assessments, program/training evaluations, and was a lead researcher on multiple National Science Foundation grants. Lastly, Dr. Myers is an avid proponent of servant leadership as the most relevant leadership approach to meet the needs of a rapidly shifting workforce.
