With over 25 years of experience across industries, Felicia has led multiple HR transformation activities for many market-leading companies, including implementing North American and European HR Shared Service Centers for a leading paper supplier, and ensuring a SAP HCM Qualification module helped organize a high-tech company’s global engineering population. She has also led global transformation programs across sectors ranging from captive HR support service models to HR outsourcing for over 20 years.
