Iain is a Director within EMEA and is responsible for defining the strategic vision of current global capabilities and offers. As the lead for the EMEA solution team and the Collaboration and Customer Experience solution centre , his specialisms are the Future of Work, Digital agility, operational excellence and customer experience. He advises on new business and operating models working with clients to understand how the future workplace needs to be designed having created ISG’s market leading Future of Work proposition and the publication of several ebooks.
