As the Senior Vice President of Product & Technology for the CBRE Host digital workplace experience platform, Brennan McReynolds is responsible for the overall delivery and go-to-market strategy for Host technologies. He has over 16 years of diverse experience in both construction/real estate and experiential technologies and joined CBRE in January of 2018 as one of three leaders hired to launch the CBRE360 (now Host) platform. PRIOR EXPERIENCE Brennan is the former Chief Operating Officer at Event Farm, a B2B SaaS marketing technology and experiential platform, where he oversaw operations, finance and their experiential technology (EFx) business. As one of the initial hires in 2011, he was instrumental in the shift to a SaaS based business model, securing venture funding, two acquisitions and the 8X overall growth of the company. He’s a past speaker at event industry conferences like MPI, PCMA, IMEX, EventTech and most recently WORLDZ where he was also featured in follow-up piece published in Forbes. During the 2016 Summer Olympics, in Rio, he spent 30 days on the ground leading the technology platform that enabled Nike’s athlete and VIP brand experience during the games. Previously, Brennan was Founder & Managing Partner of SQUARE PEG, a strategic consultancy that focused on aligning leaders and teams with go-to-market strategy based on their natural strengths, leadership, and communication styles. He began his career as field engineer on a facilities and construction contract for the Naval Facilities Command in Washington DC, before leaving to help build the Washington DC office of the global construction management firm, Skanska. In his 8 years at Skanska, Brennan worked in the Preconstruction Department, primarily on large healthcare facilities before managing the Business Development and Marketing Department. At the time of his departure he was the Director of Interiors/Special Projects Group, overseeing the division dedicated to providing interior fit-out and non-traditional projects to nationwide partners and local clients. His projects included the first LEED Platinum furniture dealership in the country, a 20K SF relocation and build-out for Medimmune, and multiple national on-call projects for IBM and Kaiser Permanente.
