Robert has worked for Stanley Black & Decker for the past 21 years. Through that time, he has led IT for all three of their global business units (Tools, Industrial & Security), Corporate and Technology Solution Delivery for the enterprise. Prior to joining SBD, Robert held IT leadership roles at Warner Bros and Virgin Group. A progressive and business focused IT Leader, he specializes in development of business and IT strategies, transformation and optimization, platform consolidation, integration and value creation. He is skilled in selecting and motivating global teams and individuals to solve problems and exceed expectations in a results-oriented environment. Robert lives and works in the UK but travels approx. 40% of his time, primarily to the US, Europe and India. He has been married to his wife, Tina, for the past 23 years and has two children, Oliver and Annabel. Both at University.
